How Does a Vehicle Become Certified Pre-Owned?

Electric vehicles undergo a similar 139-point inspection. Anything that doesn’t meet our standards is repaired or replaced with genuine Nissan parts. Once the vehicle has been reconditioned, it officially becomes Certified Pre-Owned.
What Do Nissan CPO Vehicles Come With?
All Nissan CPO vehicles come with a 7-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty. This covers all components related to the engine, transmission, and drivetrain. Our CPO vehicles also get one year of prepaid maintenance that covers the first year of ownership or the first 15,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Many other perks are available to you when buying a CPO vehicle, including 24/7 Roadside Assistance for the duration of your warranty, rental car reimbursement, towing assistance, and travel interruption coverage when you’re further than 100 miles from home. Your warranties are fully transferable, so if you decide to sell your vehicle in a few years, you can use your coverages as a valued-added selling point.
Are There Any Programs For Older Vehicles?
Nissan vehicles that are up to 10 years old and have less than 100,000 miles can be considered for our Certified Select program. These vehicles undergo an 84-point inspection and reconditioning before being certified. You’re eligible for a 6-month/6,000-mile limited powertrain warranty and one complimentary maintenance visit during the first year of ownership. You also receive all the same additional benefits that CPO vehicles offer.
